The system of health maintenance can be adopted collectively with low cost effectively.The buses can be sanitized and inspected daily with out any special tour of duty. one  extra fatigue duty can be lessened. the masks can be demanded and distributed in buses at start of duty and can be burnt  at end of daily journey. It will cost very less by this method and money can be met out to curtail the conveyance allowance. Corona can be said bye if people and employees want on the stake of some claim.

2) Separate buses students at school and collage levels to be in operation and sanitization can be met out at cheaper level for the safe gaurd your wards .

यह एक सामाजिक उत्थान व पानी के सदुपयोग और बचाव के विषय में कुछ जानकारी तथ्यों के आधार पर दे रहा हूं । यदि सरकार उसे समाज के लोगों के हित में समझे तो कानून का रूप देकर लोगों के हितों का कार्य करें।

वैसे तो हरियाणा सरकार ने एम आई टी सी विभाग मुख्यमंत्री ओमप्रकाश चौटाला के कार्य काल में ही बंद कर दिया गया था जिससे किसानों को व उस विभाग के कर्मचारियों को नुक्सान उठाना पड़ा। हमारे रोज मरा के कामों में पानी की बहुत आवश्यकता है।

लेकिन लोग पानी की अहमियत आज तक समझते नहीं हैं। पानी इधर उधर वैसे ही बिखरा पड़ा रहता है। लोग  तो ऐसे तरीके पुन्य कमाने के अपनाते हैं जिससे चाहे करोना जैसी भयानक बिमारी जिसे कोलरा कहते हैं से पीड़ित होकर मर क्यों न जाये। परन्तु गलत तरीकों से पून्य कमाने के कार्य जरुर करेंगें।

चाहे पीने के पानी में कुत्ते नहाये या गोबर के तसले साफ करें ,पाइप लाइन तोड़कर। क्योंकि उन्हें मरना सड़ के होता है। जानबूझकर कर पाइप लाइन को तोड़ दिया जाता है। फिर भंयकर रोग पैदा करने का केन्द्र बन जाते हैैं जिससे जल जन्य रोग उत्पन्न होते हैं।

अब मसोदे की बात कर लिजिए, खेतों की सिंचाई के लिए आज कल कच्ची व पक्की नालियां होती है जिससे खेतों में पानी दिया जाता है। पच्चीस प्रतिशत पानी बर्बाद हो जाता है। लोगों पानी चोरी का सहारा लेते हैं ,इसके लिऐ पक्की नालियों की जगह पी वी सी के पाइप की नालियां बिछाकर , पानी की सिंचाई का क्षेत्र दोगुना तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है। इसमें खर्च पक्की नालियां से आधा से भी कम आयेगा।

नालियां तो पहले से मौजूद हैं केवल उनमें केवल 9इंच से 12इंच की पाइप जो आजकल ट्यूबवेल के लिए उपयोग करते हैं डाल देनी चाहिए। इससे पानी का बिखराव भी नहीं रहेगा। पानी का प्रेसर पहले दस गुणा तक बढ़ जायेगा। जिससे खेत में सिंचाई जल्दी से हो जाएगी। पानी का बचाव पानी का बहाव तेज कर किया जा सकता है। केवल नाकों के स्थान पर आउट लैट बना दिये जायेगें तथा उन्हें थ्रेड प्रनाली के ढक्कन से बंद व खोला जा सके।

दूसरा सुझाव गांव का गंदा पानी का निकास सीधा खेतों की नालियों में कर देना चाहिए। हर रोज का ताजा पानी सड़ा नहीं होता है उसको खेती के लिए उपयोग किया जा सकता है। न नालियां सड़ेगी। लोगों को सिंचाई के लिए पानी मिल जाए गा। जोहड़ गंन्दे नहीं होंगे। रोगों की रोकथाम हो जायेगी। यदि चिकित्सा विभाग को तकलीफ़ न हो तो। क्योंकि इससे उनके व्यवसाय पर बुरा असर होता है। मरीज कम होगें तो उनका धंधा कम हो जायेगा।

सरकार से उम्मीद की जाती है इस और ध्यान देगी। इलाज से परहेज़ बहतर है।

Coronavirus has created a job less army again to find the job.Now most the people are worried about their life. How to protect themselves from the untoward happenings of Corona incident. They hope that they will be secure at home.

Any help if they are supposed to get , that will be given at home address. Most of the temporary employees are the victim of this . They are seasonal labour. Working in brick kiln , construction and harvesting employment are the temporary in nature.

What they get in liew daily wage . They buy their ration from it and pull on their life.Due to Corona tradigy ,they are unable to stay together also and they don’t maintain the hygienic conditions. So they are more susceptible people of the occurrence of Corona infection.

It is the best option for them to go to their villages and can get the ration from PDS shop for their entitlement.By that way they can escape themselves from starvation .
