बेरा ना कद तीज मनगी , उस लख्मी़ चन्द बामण की। इन दो पंक्तियों का सही अर्थ बताओ। आप को हरियाणवी भाषा व बोली का पूरी ग्याता माना जायेगा।

सरकारी कर्मचारियों को छुठ बोलने की इस तरह की पक्की पकड़ बना रखाीहै कि व सच्चाई से कोसों मिल दूर की बातें करते हैं।उन से छुठ कितनी ही अच्छी परह से बुलवाले ,छुठ बोलने में ,इनाम के हकदार तक बन गये है।इतना बड़ा सफेद छुठ बोल देते है कि सच्चाई की कोई अहमियत ही नहीं रहती कि सच्चाई भी कुछ होती है, सुनकर शर्म के मारे ,दौबारा एेसे लोगों के पास भी फटकने का दिन नहीं चाहेगा। पूरी पृथ्वी पर ३/४ हिस्सों में पानी भरा सड़ रहा है ,तुफानी वर्षा व बाढ़ ने चारो ओर तबाही का मन्जर तमाशा बनाते खड़ा है।सरकारी साहब पानी की कमी को लेते रहते है यदि उनके दफ्तरमें झाँक कर देखा जाये तो , वहाँ पर भी बाढ़ जैसे हालात मिलेगें, परन्तु बाहर जा कर अनाप- समान बोल देते हैं। उसे पता नहीं हो हो ता है कि सरकारी साहब की जुबान का क्या मतलब होता है।इन्हीं गलत बोलों के कारण बाढ़ें आती हैं।राज योग के शब्दों का गलत प्रयोग दुखदायी हो ता है।

आप कहीं भी चले जाइये, आप को , गलियों व राहों से सा फ बचकर नहीं निकल सकते है हर गली व राह गंगा , यमुना व सरस्वती बना बहती है। हर गाँव में ७_९० जोहड़ पानी से ,इस तरह से मिलेगेंकि उनका जल वापिस गलियों को बिना सरकारी मदद के सदियों बदलता हुआ मिलेगा। पिने के सा फ पानी के से हालात है कि वह सरकारी टाइम-टेबल के बिना ही , अपने आप नहरों के रूप में गलियों की शोभा बढ़ाता हुआ मिलेगा।हर किसी को उनके द्वारा फैलाई गन्दगी को उनके घरों में , उनके जूतों की काँती बढ़ाकर ले जाता मिलेगा। फिर भी हर फाइल व जुबान कहती मिलेगी, पानी कहाँ है,हम तो उसके बाहर मर रहे है।

खेतों की बात करें तो , पानी के वरदान का नजारा ,हर हस्पताल में लोगों की भीड़ देखकर पता चल जायेगा।कि मलेरिया ।फाइलेरिया व डेंगू के मरीजों की संख्या कितनी है।,जहाँ धान की फसल लगा दी है वहाँ नहरी व जमीनी पानी की कमी नहीं हो सकती है,यदि कोई पानी की कमी बता रहा तो , सफेद छुठ बोल रहा है। आज से कोई बीस- पच्चीस साल पहले की पुछे तो पानी का भूस्तर ९५० फुट नीचे था जो अब ४०-४५ फुट के लेवल पर आ गया तो ये पूछों उनसे की ,कोन से स्कुल में पढ़ कर आये हो। पुरी पृथ्वी जल स्माधी लेने को हैं और हरियाणा के लोगों बड़ी से बड़ी झुठ के रिकार्ड कायम कर रहे है।

पानी ने तो पहाड़ों तक को नहीं बक्शा है , वहाँ सर्दी व गर्मी दो में के रितुओं में ही नहीं छोड़ा है। जाड़ों में जमें पानी का कहर तथा गर्मी में बरसात का कहर। अब बताओ पानी की कमी कहाँ। पानी की कमी हो गी,वहाँ दो चिजें मिलेंगीं।

१ चमड़ी के रोग देखने को नहीं मिलेगें।२. वहाँ पर मलेरिया जैसी जाने लेना बिमारियां नहीं के बराबर मिलेगी।

पिने के साफ पानी की हालात ऐसी है बैचारा की ,भैसें व कुत्ते नहलाये जा रहे है। ऐ, छुठ बोलने वालों , बताओ तुम्हारी साथी कौन बने। छुठ से फैले रोगों का कोई इलाज़ नहीं है।

Why one becomes mentally upset.It is absurd subject,most of the people donot like to listen or read , but the reality has to accepted upto last extend.I do not know whether your country men itor not but in my country ,it is a proverb that western culture has spoiled the ethics and moral of the society. Every one wants Liberty in every field,if that is given or taken by one self in hidden phases causes lots of destruction to one and the society.If a woman gives a birth to a child with out marriage.The child and mother is behaved liked a wild animals, Every one scold them and beat them like the animals.No social acceptance is given to them with respect.They are made the things of use instead of human being.Second issue is divorced woman and children , they are more problematic to others issues. When someone married to someone with co synchronous view for life,why it is broken by divorce.In such cases life of all the four or more involved in this issue , becomes miserable and turned into mental illness of the whole society , no one can escape oneself from this hennious crime.Some one is involved other will involve to see or to listen or to experience on the subject and faces the consequences.In western countries, made this issue more worse by giving legalization the open sex and divorce after meeting the sexual desires fullfillment with they liked the most. All are becomes the vitim of fidelity and faces the mental tension,due to that process of separation causes lots of harrassment of physical ,mental and social.Everywhere they are misbehaved and tortured the act ,the lost character and moral ,never can be restored back . The compensation of sexual desires fullfillment causes them to become proses and lesbian which destroy the whole system of society and human being . After marriage or giving a birth to a child becomes the issues of life birth after birth , not a one day enjoyment of fullfillment of sexual desires. All the responsibility of act of concepted mind has to bear the individuals. These misdeeds acts results are not tolerated by the capacity of mind and become over worried and under pressure of fear of agony turns them in mentally over burdened. This over burden is the main cause of mental diseases along with other ailments.The remedy is be away from all the sexual and unnatural sex means.Stick to married partner firmly with boundation.In both the cases , the burden has to share, then why not to select the safest method to adopt.And avoid making the culprit of your own family members. In all the cases , involvement of your family is menditory, so you will be the victim of mental agonys first.So it a social issue , law of Rules can crub it to abolish such a idiot habits which ruins one by one self deeds. The ads industry never help the production industry , because the ad world people is not homest and true to the products. They are always behind the money , which always brings devastation and ruin of production industry.They boast and show wrong concept of the products.Ads were the medium to make awareness of the production that it was available in comparison to others is better in quality and cost affordability.But now a day ads mean to earn the money . I have read the agonised and torturous conditions of American on the issue mental health . Now a days , not the American but most of the population of the world is facing this problem. It is not a physical body condition,it is reflected in the body. The meaning of mental is in two segments.One the Men men means more person and tal means be away. Carries the clear cut indication that all the crowd making be away. There are lots of definite causes behind this issue .If you want to summarise it in one cause ,it is socio economic atmospheric of the society in which the individual live. No remedy is required to treat the mentaly ill person. What is he doing ,doing the correct things to abolish his burdon. If you take him to the doctor and get checked up,in most of the cases they annoyed , because , doctor will give him sedation then the problem will aggregate due to suppression of memory and he will become addictive one day and family and societies sobs then.
