Apane Kheth Farmer Producer Organization is set to come with a lnitial Public Offer to establish a company with the co operation of farmers who has minimum land of 2 Kanals on his or her name can become the member of the the FPO. The second option is a farmer who is doing agriculture on lease based off minimum of 5 Acres land for the minimum period of 1year on his name.
The important documents are required to be produced for authentication of a farmer. Voter I card/Aadhar Card, Farad of land on his name or Share land in Intkal.Or the lease deed on individual name for the period.
Third requirement is Rs 1000/- for first 500 members later on public offer up to 2500 share of 5 paisa each. Out of 500 members the board of directors will be elected as per requirement but at least the 2 must be well versed of company Act.
The IPO is priced for Rs 75,000 Cr of a shares . Share will be allotted at the rate 05/-paisa only not in rupees. Listing will show the color the FPO.
It will deal with all the products of agriculture and it’s allied industries including the machine ,implement , equipment, medicine, fertilizer, agro waste management industries products, Animal and animal products on the basis of quality and quantity to be maintained at each and every level with true and faithfulness with gaurntee. Failure will face penalties and punishment under the company Act.
