It is the simple process to change the others and let them work like you. In this process you have to avoid to see backward after saying some to them or public . They will follow you after some day when they get stuck in their on deeds.
They will come to you again and again but you should not give any message to them to correct them. Let the other followers to tackle them . they will fed up one day and come to ask your advice then also , do not give any thing to them.
At the last they will come to weep their problem but do not share it. You can guide them not help them. Let them trace them self in their problems. The will come when they will come to you happily after solving their problems.
Therefore you need not to change yourself for them or to correct them . Mind it do harmful things or job for them. This will be your gratitude for you. It will bring lots many things and way for you to do the best for you.
My self is known by the Nick name in my villagers and relatives ,"Surajoo*".₹.l have taken birth in a agriculturist family of jat community of Lohchab clans of Kirmara village of Hissar district of Punjab province of India on 19may 1966 , Later on this place became the part of Haryana of decided Punjab.After my birth I became a member of a soilders family as my father joined police force of paramilitary force of Indian 's sub continent. My initial education held at my home,and primary and middle education were held at my village school and high school education completed form Jat High school Hissar.
