If you are facing the traveling sickness. You feel vomiting and nausea . You feel uncomfortable and shame due to vomiting and spoiling clothes of self and others. Then you need not to worry for that problem. You did not even to carry medicine or the lemon and orange which are helpful to stop the vomiting during traveling.
You have to do some minor action up on your body part and your vomiting sensation will be vanished. During traveling time if you feel that vomiting is about to come . Then do one thing first remove your shoes or slippers.
If you are unable to bend forward than take your foot of any side up or both sides. Take the toe in your one hand and pull the fingers up side turn by turn and specially sun finger to be pulled up side. You will fill some sputum in throat , swallow it and vomiting will subside. You will fill relaxed.
