It is the bad fate to be said or the crying for the help is deprived from the needful at the time of emergency. It has become the bad luck for those who help the other in case of emergency. The innocent has to see the jail the form of prize to save some one.
This has come in the best result of SC/ST act . Which has been implemented to avoid to rebuke on caste issue. It is creating lot of trouble in the society. On any type of case police people enact the SC/ST act and push the innocent behind the bars.
This is not the act to boost the moral and esteem of deprived people which are called SC/ST. It is the weapon of political parties to grab votes and money to make falls cases against the innocent and tries to save the someone quarrel in between to cast or not in cast also.
Another havoc in this is the Bhim army which belong to grab the money by hook and crook . They are playing important role in it for politician to grab the vote and money. Male and female are members of it and lodge the FIR for molestation.
Govt. should abolish such idiot act. Where everyone known by their cast and taking facilities on account of their cast and known by the cast. Joining the service on the cast base and written in the individual documents .
To maintain peace and harmony in the society , Govt. either abolish their cast and facilities or abolish the SC/ST act. They should put into general category to avoid caste words to be thrown on others.
