To increase the repo rate by RBI, It helps the defaulter not to pay the debit of banks. Most of the loan are on floating interest rate. It increases the E M I when repo rate is increased . The individual has become unable to pay the instalment of EMI as repo rate is increased . and banks goes on the wedge of diwaliapan or close down the bank.
If EMI were on fixed rate individual then it is not the problem for the debit holder. If loan on floating rate definitely it will make lot of problem for the public . their houses. automobile has been auctioned by the bank with amalgamation with automobile agencies and developers.
Govt. and banks should give the loan on fixed interest rate. So untimely death can dragged from guilt of banks. And debiter can pay their debit in time. therefore debit should given on fixed rate. As debiter planned as per their fund resources at the time of granting loan.
Govt. and RB I should made rule as the no body would be defaulter for loan and their vehicle and home should be auctioned. Govt. is not taking any step to increase the income of public. And bank has come on wedge of bankruptcy. hope that govt. will take decision in right direction.
