It is to note that govt. should take necessary action to amend the format of sparsh to ease the process or PCDA (P) should the same record of pensioners which he is having at the time of discharge of pensioners.
Most of the population having two Date of birth. The first is the original which is registered in birth register of birth registrar office. The second date of birth is indorsed into educational certificate.
The second is the fake date of birth but having more value as It is recorded in pension documents also. Most of the public could come to know about it when Aadhar Card came into force of identity.
But it made public with two birth. But it is not possible for any body have two birth at a time. There can be solution of this problem . Make two space for both the date of birth. Ex Academic date of birth and other one for Original date of birth.
Whole of the public will get relief of fake validation . So Aadhar card can be a valid document to prove the identity. Fingers print ,thumb imprint and signature are the real validation mode.
