The private sector is charging so rates every where . They should pay the salary at per the govt. employees with full rate of D A ,Basic salary ., conveyance , House rent and other allowances.
Once Private buses takes fare as equal to govt. buses , they should pay the payment as at par to roadways employees. Other wise drivers and conductors should leave the job or they should reduce the fare in comparison to roadways buses. and other services and provide amenities at low prices .
The employees monthly expenses to be meted out in the salary. That should be the responsibilty of the employer.

My self is known by the Nick name in my villagers and relatives ,"Surajoo*".₹.l have taken birth in a agriculturist family of jat community of Lohchab clans of Kirmara village of Hissar district of Punjab province of India on 19may 1966 , Later on this place became the part of Haryana of decided Punjab.After my birth I became a member of a soilders family as my father joined police force of paramilitary force of Indian 's sub continent. My initial education held at my home,and primary and middle education were held at my village school and high school education completed form Jat High school Hissar.
