Govt. doing his best provide house to the needy. But the material in which the house is constructed is so poor quality that You can imagine. Housing board of 1 and 4 sectors is about to scattered like birds feather.
All the buildings have major cracks , the life hardly the 15 years old. The rate of that death place has been raised to unreasonable cost. The space is not at all sufficient to leave a single couple. These are very suffocative also. Doors has been eaten by termites.
Price has been raised by means of auction. Minimum call amount raised so much high to compare it to estate condition. Secondly govt. is making mockery with public that govt. has allotted 100 gaj plot the EWS. Now wasting money the EWS flates. But no body is taking it.
Most of the land has been allotted to poor from Panchayat Agriculture land which was source of income to the Panchayat for development of the village. All the policies show the bad out come of govt. Better stop this practice.
Let the each individual be allotted 100 Gaj plot and let them construct the house by them self. It will be justice to the people. Tata and Birla are also poor . They spend crore of rs on a 100 gaj flat.
