to accumulate the funds for its use.
By this method govt. can reduce the taxes also. If fifty percent of the population start investing in share market. The total budget expenditure will be recovered without any difficulties.
Both the ends will earn the money. Investors will invest in govt. departments without any hesitation. Because they know that govt. will remain always. There will not be a fraud to shut down the industry.
Employees will happily invest in these items . they know that these are providing their bread and butter. Govt. is more trusted than the private owners. To give the payment will not be the problem.
