It is the main cause of reduction of subscriber of idea company. Most of the consumer of company have been deceived by the company. they charge the high rate but do not give the proper strength of signals.
The company release the signals in 3 g in stead of 4g and speed is in bps not in kbps. They can say we are giving signals to show the complaint authority. Therefore most of the costumers have left the company.
Full range of signals comes in mobiles only when the charging pack is about to expir and after get recharged , you will not find the signals strength very next movement till the next recharge time. It is not the problem from towers but it is monitored from offices.
After received money ,they reduce the speed of signals. It will be better for company ,if you can not provide the the proper service which they are supposed to provide then the company should quit from the business.
