You can improve your eye sight with the help of exercise of eyes and meditation for few minutes. Your specks can be removed by your self with out medicine and without a doctor. It take some dedicated time form you to spent for the purpose. If you can do both time , it will reduce the period of time to correct the eye sight.
In the morning after your daily routine, spare 2to 3 minutes for you eyes. Either you stand or sit for the exercise as you think comfortable ,you can choose . you put some dot on the wall at standard hight parallel to your eyes. Keep the distance from the dot point ,put on the wall and visible nicely with naked eyes.
Now gaze on the point and turn your eyes left side exahaling breath ,wait for few second and turn back to the point inhaling the air. you do 8 to 10 times . then up and down and breathing process for this will be inhaling while looking upward and exhaling while looking down side.
After one month ,you will find that your no of specks is reduced. your body will deny to put on the specks. After the exercise , close your eyes for a minute. Let them relax. Your eyes will have extra charm and glow and face appearance will be glowing.
