How The American Are Homeless

It is a news in Dainik Bhaskar stating that American are facing homeless problem. It is just like jokes cutting. America has negative population growth country and call on the employees on emigration visa to work in America.Homeless is not prominent issue.
America govt. has a policy for the population control . Black and White are the natural colour of skin.But both are the citizen of America.

Black people came to america from African countries also as worker there. American white people hate them due to their black colour of skin.But black people are born in America also. All the sea shore population are black due to humidify climate which changes the colour of skin.

Due to hate , white does not allow the to build their houses and clashes are main problem the main draw back to construct the home for black population.Due to education this problem may be reduced. Otherwise all the whites are worse then illiterate in this respect.If the clashing on the subject continue ,it is not at all possible to build home for them. Both are american.

or to stop the emigration process and their law.so black population can be lessened.
