It the month of may known as prickly hot weather.For the past few days the temperature shot up to 46 degree centigrade.It is very difficult to go out in noon . lot of sweating along with burning of skin with the ultra violet rays.hot air is blowing till the sun set. Lot of body fluid is lost with sweating.and electrolytic balance may disturb by the heat.
Therefore , always maintain health preservation traits. Keep all the required articles with all the time.Like umbrella,sun cream ,water, head gear,citrus fruit juice or o r s pkt.They are utmost to protect from heat in summer season.
If necessary to move out then only to be go out .Otherwise be inside shelter.Wear head gear.Drink lot of water to protect from dehydration.Maintain the electrolytic balance .If it imbalance ,it causes giddiness and syncope.So be aware of the facts and keep the remedial thing in your begs. so immediately energy can be replenished.
Wear cap or turban on head. put sun screen lotion or cream on face. Wear dark glasses on eyes to protect strain and headache. Umbrella also can be more beneficial to keep head cool.At regular interval to any citrus fruit or juice to quench the thirst. Wear cotton clothes . which observe the sweat and bring the temperature of the body down.
