When the company implies the unjustified profit and impliment robbers law to the public . Then any company start decline in every aspect and go for fate of bankruptcy. I was watching a YouTube video that was telling a conspiracy to burgle the public and loot them and run away.
He was narrating about the plan of RuchiSoya,that company is going to boost by patanjali of Baba Ramdev.He is a such big decoit,I never imagined. How he will loot the honest people ,give their hard earned income to a company to to install or reboost,or to expand . provide interest free money to companies owners with out fear.No government other organisations even can not think of it.
They help the firm,factory , company or any other institutions to build the installation for public interest without any hesitation in share capital to help them in their needs.Even no body knows them any way in person. And invest their wealth on their request.But in latter stage how they behave, you cannot believe.
You can see the case of Baba Ramdev,How he has begged from public and every day ,he shouts on the media modes for an appeal to gether the wealth that I am big beggar and begs for public .Said that I am a international beggar. You can know the reality of him in RuchiSoya bankruptcy case.He or his management decided to re- allocate the share in such a fashion that in future nobody will a single paisa to a man who is going to install a unit or expend. He has made price of a share 2 paisa , which is real at par price is Rs10 but due to the bed decision habit of the company management,It is Rs 3.50 or something ,but it is above Rs 3/-.He has devalued the rupee to nil. How you can imagine that Bharatiya Rupee can be strong to any other country’s currency.In future , you will be slaves of other countries currency.Nothing will be available in rupees.Because Rupee will loose all its value.
Second blunder is doing that they are converting 100 share into 1share only. Now ,you can calculate the amount 100*10=1000 rupees will cost only 2paisa. He will loot 500 times.I don’t know whether that beggar knows or not that he is deceiving those people who has eracted that factory indirectly involved.No , new investor will invest a single paisa to such a fraud organisation.
